For over 25 years, Gleicher Associates has been in the residential construction business building spec homes as well as new homes and remodels for private owners. During that time, we have earned our reputation as good honest builders of homes of the highest quality. We have on our staff a group of fine finish carpenters, tile setters, painters and specialty plasterers, all of whom justify our insistence on conscientious attention to every detail. In addition, over the years we have cultivated a collection of high quality, reliable subcontractors, and vendors.
One of our defining qualities is that we encourage cooperation and collaboration among our team players. On client owned projects, we try to get the architects and designers, the contractor and the owners on the same construction team to work together to build the project as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
We have a service minded, friendly and intelligent office staff that is eager to assist in any way we can. We recognize that good communication among the members of the construction team keeps the job running properly. Continuous thorough communication helps assure good working relationships and having good working relationships enables great work to be done. Our clients find we concentrate great effort in the planning and coordination of our projects so that they are able run smoothly and efficiently.
